A soothing series to rejuvenate mind, body and spirit. $60

This course meets LIVE via Zoom Saturdays at 8:30am Pacific Time for about an hour(ish) from March 15 through April 19, 2025. Recordings will be available for lifetime access.

This series is designed to help you relax in body and mind. We’ll practice simple (yet powerful) breath techniques to center the mind, improve respiratory function and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. You will be guided through gentle flowing sequences to help you stretch and strengthen muscles, while improving mobility and stability of the joints. Explore myofascial self-massage techniques to promote circulation, decrease inflammation, and relieve tension. Relax in longer-held, supportive postures that leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. All levels and abilities welcome!
