A 12-week series building fitness from the ground up. This series will begin by focusing on joint stability, core strength and mobility through yoga, Pilates, and rehab techniques and will then progressing to structured resistance training and moderate- to high-intensity cardio for a complete progressive program to set you up for long-term fitness gains. Additional support materials covering the how-to’s of starting a program intelligently with injury prevention, scientifically-grounded exercise training techniques, nutrition and recipes, motivation/troubleshooting/mindset, and designing systems for long-term sustainability will be included!
July 15-September 30: Flexibility Conditioning
A 12-week all-levels flexibility series to build up strength and stamina, to help support joints and prevent injury, to help you find your ultimate strongest and deepest flexibility…backbends, splits, arm balances, leg balances, oh my! This series will include 12 90-minute flexibility conditioning and training techniques for ALL LEVELS. Train your body to be balanced, strong and flexible.
Dates TBA: Upper Body Stability: Shoulders, Upper Back, Neck, Elbows & Wrists
A 6-week rehabilitative exercise series to help alleviate pain, create stability and improve posture in all things upper body. This course will cover topics from neck pain to shoulder issues (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injuries, AC/SC joint issues, impingement, bursitis, etc.), wrist and elbow issues, and upper back mobility for optimal posture throughout life.
Dates TBA: Cardio Bellydance
A 6-week series of all-levels non-stop bellydance movement drills and easy-to-follow FUN combos that will get your heart rate up, all while blissing out to awesome music. Come enjoy movement for joy, for technical improvement, and for health and fitness.
