Every Day May Yoga for Physical and Mental Fitness
What would happen if you dedicated 30 minuted per day for just one month to connecting to your body and mind, nourishing your spirit, and nurturing your capacity for commitment?
This is a 31-day physical and mental fitness program where you’ll spend about 30 minutes working with your mind and body. Led by an instructor with over two decades of experience in the yoga, fitness and dance industry, you will be immersed in a balanced, progressive and cohesive daily yoga practice that will leave you feeling stronger, better balanced, stretched, relaxed and focused…with a fuller heart!
Classes will meet LIVE via Zoom from May 1-31, 2025 at 9:30am Pacific Time for 30 minutes.
Recordings are typically up within a few hours of class, and you will have LIFETIME access to them. :)
Some of you will be total beginners, some of you are established athletes. This is a great place to start a journey and you can keep it gentle and move at your own pace. For those of you ready for more challenging options, those will be offered as well. This is also a great course for anyone who needs a balancing practice to compliment other intense types of training such as running, dance, circus training or weight lifting.
Your live class link is available immediately in the first lesson of the course after registration.
I look forward to practicing with you!o

Hi, everyone!
I’ve been practicing yoga since the age of 14 and teaching since the age of 18. Now, at 41, I value this practice not only for the physical benefits of building better (and more balanced) strength, greater flexibility, and improving posture, but also for the many mental and emotional benefits. Yoga teaches us to be present and live our lives in the moment, to cultivate gratitude and patience, and to appreciate and celebrate our bodies and our lives. Even the challenges.
As a professional dancer, contortion enthusiast, and fitness and rehabilitative exercise instructor, I also appreciate that yoga can be adapted for every BODY, and that anyone can benefit from its many gifts to improve their physical and mental health, longevity, and to cultivate a much-needed sense of daily well-being. I enjoy teaching eclectic, ever-changing and purposefully balanced classes that integrate not only the many styles of modern yoga, but I also like to weave in influences from Pilates, dance, rehabilitative exercise, meditationand modern psychology to offer the greatest benefits for all students.
Course FAQ

Some students love the accountability and community space of the live classes, while others need a more flexible schedule and enjoy recordings. Students are encouraged to do what suits them best. Most students do a combination, while others live in time zones that make taking the live classes impossible. I am always available to you for questions, comments, and conversation via email, and the recordings are available for lifetime access.

This course is truly available for ALL levels. Some students may use this as a supplement to an already established athletic routine, while others will be completely inexperienced. No experience is necessary and modifications will be offered to accommodate everyone, including those with injuries. No equipment is needed. All you need is space on the floor, maybe a wall nearby, and your body. Some students may choose to have a blanket, pillow or yoga blocks, but these are entirely optional.

Absolutely not! This series is primarily about SHOWING UP and being consistent. If you miss a class but want to take the next live, please do! Unlike my fundamentals courses, this program is flexible and you will not be “missing steps” by skipping a class and doing it later, out of “order”. Take the classes in whichever order and as often and consistently as you can.
