Flexy: Circuits of Strength

This series is designed to help you find the ultimate strength in your flexibility. We use active flexibility techniques that build end-range strength to promote maximum safety, comfort, muscular balance, and joint stability. We’ll work on developing beautiful backbends, deeper middle splits, and easeful front splits, as well as graceful leg and arm balances.
Because this is a strength-based flexibility course, absolutely anyone at any level of flexibility can benefit from this style of training. You’ll become not only stronger and more flexible, but you will also develop better overall body balance and both mobility and stability for your joints.
