Happy Body: Abs, Booty & Back
This is a course to make your body HAPPY...
This 8-week series focuses on strengthening the abdominals, glutes, hips and back muscles to promote better posture, improve balance, increase flexibility of the legs and spine, tone the trunk, reduce pain and so much more!
This class will meet LIVE via Zoom on Saturdays from November 2 through December 21 at 8:30am Pacific for about 50 minutes. Once registered, you'll receive a Zoom link before the first day of class.
Recordings will be available here within 24 hours of each class. Recordings will be available for minimum 6 months.
All levels and abilities are welcome! We'll use body weight and gravity to train the body, and you can modify to make exercises more or less challenging. You need NO equipment, just space on the floor (and a mat if you like). Exercises are derived from Pilates, yoga, traditional fitness and rehabilitative exercise.
