Meeting LIVE Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am Pacific Time from March 18 through May 10, 2025via Zoom. Lifetime access to all recordings.

This 8-week series includes three 30-minute workouts per week, designed for all levels and modifiable for a wide range of injuries and limitations. We’ll be focusing on various methods of interval training to

  • improve body composition

  • maximize muscle strength

  • promote heart health

  • regulate hormonal balance

  • improve mood & cognitive function

  • optimize metabolic function, blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity

    You’ll learn about the various methods for strength training as well as varying intensities for cardiovascular intervals, WHEN to apply each technique and WHY certain exercise modalities benefit various aspects of health. This series is designed to offer workouts that will maximize your time while offering invaluable benefits for your health and longevity.

    A wide variety of modifications and difficulty options will be offered and you’ll have direct access to your instructor for questions and feedback.
