UNLOCKING LEG FLEXIBILITY

The strength and flexibility of our lower body is deeply related to our functional balance and the daily activities that we can enjoy. In fact, leg strength is crucial for longevity and functionality as we age.

In this course, we will learn how to develop strength in the stabilizers of this hips, low back, knees and feet to then build strength and greater flexibility for balance poses, front splits, middle splits and easeful, beautiful backbends
