A Better Yoga Practice ✳

This is an 8-week yoga course that will be meeting LIVE from September 7 through October 26 on Saturdays at 8:30am Pacific time via Zoom. However, please note that September 28th will be pre-recorded (no live class) as it’s my birthday. :)

The recordings will be available for unlimited access from the start date of the course.

This is an all-levels yoga series designed to help you become stronger, more limber and better acquainted with ideal alignment to reduce the risk of injury in your practice.

This course is for every body.

Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, you will be challenged to find better alignment, greater depth and more stamina and power in your practice. Modifications will be offered in order to make this course suitable for all levels. So whether you have existing injuries or just wish to learn how to avoid them, you are welcome!

Each week will cover specific topics:

  • Week 1: Smarter Sun Salutations

  • Week 2: Warriors

  • Week 3: Forward Folds

  • Week 4: One-Leg Balances

  • Week 5: Arm Balances

  • Week 6: Leg Flexibility

  • Week 7: Back Bends

  • Week 8: Power & Endurance
